From messy to running.
Take a common one: orders arrive on WhatsApp and someone types them into a spreadsheet by hand. Here's what happens to it with us.

Scope
We sit with the person doing the typing and see where the time goes. Then we agree in writing the one thing to build: orders go from WhatsApp into the sheet on their own.

We build it ourselves. Early on, your team tries a working version on real orders and tells us what's wrong, so the finished thing fits how they work.

It goes live. We show the team how it works and keep an eye on it. Then we look at the next thing worth fixing together, if there is one.
